For reservations, please contact the hotels and hostels directly. It is not possible to make a reservation in these hotels or hostels via the online registration.

Changes or cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to EUROKONGRESS. Please note that in case of a cancellation or no-show, the hotels reserve the right to charge the full stay if the hotel room cannot be resold. Please address any reservation, change, cancellation or inquiry to :
